Your next steps

1. Describe what you notice: when the difficulty appears, how often and since when.
2. Attach a centre opinion or statement if your child has one.
3. Ask for a meeting with the form tutor and the school counsellor or psychologist.
4. Ask what support the school can offer and when you will review progress.
5. After the meeting, note what was agreed and the date of the next talk.
